After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Sorry, shipping and special handling charges are not refundable. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes 7-10 business days. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.Items being returned for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any items returned in other than new condition or damaged will be charged at cost in addition to the restocking fee.

EEZ RV PRODUCTS reserves the right to return to the customer without refund any product returned without prior authorization and an RMA number. After 7 days, EEZ RV PRODUCTS reserves the right to trouble shoot and replace any component deemed defective in lieu of or prior to any refund being issued.

We are committed to your total satisfaction. Try any of our products for 7 days. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. We will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your merchandise purchase price. You must contact us in writing prior to returning an item in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
