1. I have never purchased on-line before, will my credit card number be protected?
Answer: Our site uses 100% secure technology, your credit card number will be encrypted so no one from the outside can ever see it or gain access to it.
2. Do you sell wholesale to other businesses?
Answer: We have a strong reputation and deal with both domestic and international customers. In order to purchase wholesale you must have an established business and a valid State Resale Permit. Merely click on the wholesale link in the navigation bar or E-mail our Sales Department; your name, company name and State Resale Permit number. We will verify your company information (typically within 24 hours) and code your company as a "wholesale" customer and forward you wholesale pricing.
3. What is your minimum order requirement?
Answer: We have no minimum order requirements, we believe in providing what a customer needs, when they need it. We do not force our customers to meet any certain dollar limit on an order.
4. Do you carry more products than on your web site?
Answer: We are constantly updating our product line to meet our customer’s needs and to stay current with today’s ever changing market. New items are posted weekly as we add them to our selection. If you do not see what you are looking for you are welcome to e-mail an inquiry to us and we will check our stock for items that may not be on the web site.
Answer: We respect your right to privacy. Any information you give us is strictly confidential. We do not exchange, share, sell or rent any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone. We use your information for the sole purpose of completing your sale. Further, we do not send you unsolicited email-ads or site update information, unless you have subscribed to our mailing list. We want you to know that you can visit and shop with us without reservation. Earning your confidence and trust is essential to our continued success.
6. Are your products guaranteed?
Answer: We are committed to your total satisfaction. Refer to the individual product packaging for specific warranty information. Try any of our products for 14 days. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. We will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your merchandise purchase price. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned orders where no damage or defects are found. After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes seven business days. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.
